Over two captivating days, accommodating 170 lawyers, the scene unfolded against the enchanting backdrop of the Western Cape. Nestled at the Arabella Hotel, Golf & Spa | Luxury Hotel Near Kleinmond, a part of the Southern Sun hotel group, delegates were surrounded by comfort and sophistication.

For this incentive, we took charge of every facet – from coordinating flights and buses to arranging accommodations and meticulously planning all on and off-site activities. The result was an uninterrupted flow of experiences that allowed participants to focus solely on their engagements.
The initial day beckoned with leisurely possibilities – from tranquil spa indulgences to invigorating runs around the property, rounds of golf, and engaging lawn games that catered to their active spirits. The evening seamlessly transformed into a cocktail soiree, featuring enticing bowl food, an exquisite tequila bar, and the enchanting melodies of local guitarist Keegan Williams.

Day two transitioned into a conference that projected the year ahead, enlivened by motivational speaker, Richard Sutton and an mobile drip energy station brimming with revitalising options to get the crowd up and going for the next day.

A striking highlight surfaced as the surprise team-building activity named ‘The Bigger Picture.’ Dividing into teams, attendees unwittingly contributed to a collaborative painting endeavour, symbolising their unity and collective spirit. This artwork now graces their offices, embodying their joint efforts. The crescendo arrived at a gala dinner hosted at Benguela Cove, a fitting finale that unveiled ‘The Bigger Picture.’ The moment was heralded by a synchronised countdown and a jubilant musical celebration.
