UP A TONE EVENTS had the privilege of organising a spectacular year-end function for L’Oréal South Africa. The event, themed “Loachella” – inspired by the Coachella festival – was held at The Ground in Muldersdrift and hosted 650 attendees. This vibrant afternoon and evening celebration was an explosion of colour and fun, featuring incredible artists such as Matthew Mole, Mafikizolo, Jägermeister Brass Cartel, and Boki. The outdoor setting was adorned with stunning tenting and stretch décor structures, and the event boasted a massive 200-square-metre gloss dance floor, pyrotechnics, and colour bombs.
We had the honour of organising Fortinet’s Security Day Johannesburg at the prestigious Polo Room in Sandton. This high-end business function brought together 350 delegates for a day of insightful presentations and networking. Attendees had the opportunity to learn more about Fortinet’s offerings and participate in the Channel Awards. The keynote speaker, Vusi Thembekwayo, captivated the audience with his engaging and inspiring speech, leaving a lasting impression. The setting was nothing short of stunning, with our team handling every detail from start to finish. The event featured an array of expo stands showcasing various partners and distributors, adding to the dynamic atmosphere.
We had the pleasure of contributing to the relaunch of L’Oréal’s iconic Dark and Lovely range at the beautiful Inimitable venue in Muldersdrift. Contracted for our expertise in technical production, photography, and videography, our team ensured every moment was flawlessly executed and captured. This prestigious event, organised in collaboration with Rap Creative, was attended by Johannesburg’s Who’s Who and top influencers. The atmosphere was electric, and the event was a tremendous success, showcasing the new rebranding of the Dark and Lovely range in a truly memorable way.
