The brief was simple “make it wow,” and that’s exactly what we delivered. From impressive AV setups and stunning venues to captivating décor and entertainment, our approach is to consistently evoke the “wow” factor. In 2019, the spotlight was on the esteemed African Pride Mount Grace Hotel, where we meticulously collaborated with the venue to orchestrate every facet of the two-day event, resulting in resounding success.

The grandeur of the event was amplified by the choice of the largest venue at Mount Grace. This versatile space not only accommodated the conference but also seamlessly transformed into an African-chic gala setting. With a mere four-hour turnaround, we embraced the challenge of shifting from a vibrant business conference to an elegant gala production. We tackled this feat head-on while engaging the attendees in an interactive drumming team-building activity.
