Held in the heart of Pretoria at the industrial warehouse venue 102 Central the AVBOB year-end function was a day filled with spitbraais and good times.

With eight hundred guests making their way from their offices across the road, logistical challenges were met head-on. The venue’s lack of furniture and bar facilities required UP A TONE EVENTS to step in with a complete solution, providing tables, chairs, decor, bars, technical support, and catering. The Mzansi Youth Choir’s resounding voices echoed deep within everyone’s hearts, adding a melodious touch to the celebration.

The day’s essence was simple yet profound – a celebration of a successful year, treating staff to a delicious lamb spit braai and cold beers. With meticulous planning by the fifty-member event team, impeccable service was delivered to all. A surprise pyrotechnic display of cold sparkles illuminated the scene, delighting both the client and attendees.
