The UP A TONE EVENTS team steps in to orchestrate an exquisite yet eclectic soiree, crafted entirely from the ground up. Amidst an array of challenges – a vehicle-inaccessible cricket pitch, the absence of running water, power, and refrigeration – we unfurl a masterful logistical blueprint. This blueprint encompasses a mobile kitchen, safeguarding flooring, cooling trailers, upscale lavatories, and generators.

This logistical backbone becomes the canvas upon which our innovative concepts come to life. Annually, the event welcomes four hundred and fifty distinguished guests, who are met by a crimson carpet, a streamlined registration area, and a meticulously tailored custom cocktail that resonates with the event’s theme.

The evening unfolds with a fully operational 360-degree cocktail and spirit bar, complemented by inventive canapés that tantalise the palate.
