Linde (Germany) – The relaunch back into South Africa 2020
The initial directive was straightforward, yet the execution brimmed with excitement. We needed to find an industrial-style venue to simulate a factory or warehouse environment, all while infusing an element of excitement into the professional event. The venture presented several challenges, chief among them being the strategic elevation of the audience onto raised platforms, amidst the movements of forklifts which also doubled as our runway models. The resounding triumph in Johannesburg sparked off scaled-down copies of the event across the country. The meticulous planning invested into the event yielded an extraordinary experience, amplified by the presence of MC Weza Mathomane.

EAZI ACCESS SHOWCASE 2022

Step into the dynamic world of EAZI ACCESS as we embarked on a captivating four-day event at the esteemed Kyalami racecourse—an extraordinary affair that celebrated innovation and expertise within the material handling and working at height industry. Our event prowess took center stage as we meticulously crafted an engaging showcase for EAZI ACCESS, spotlighting their command of cherry pickers, forklifts, and working at heights solutions.
Attendees were divided into eight distinct groups, each embarking on a unique journey through our carefully curated event following the morning session. These groups were led through an immersive machine walkthrough, offering firsthand insights into EAZI ACCESS’s remarkable offerings. By lunchtime, the next group of 400 participants joined us to relish the morning’s experience all over again.
Moreover, our arriving guests were treated to a unique experience as we poured mimosas from a cherry picker, guided by a skilled barman—a touch of flair that set the tone for the event. Our custom-designed stage setup created an ambiance that was both inviting and professional, perfectly complementing the occasion.
To overcome the challenge of machine noise during the walkthrough, we employed silent disco headsets, ensuring that every attendee could immerse themselves in the experience without missing a beat. This clever solution added a layer of interaction, making the event even more memorable.
In the end, it was more than just the machines—it was about the journey, the challenges, and the shared moments of discovery. This event encapsulated the spirit of EAZI ACCESS and underscored our ability to curate events that were enlightening, enjoyable, and truly memorable.
