Collaborating with Amplifin, we venture beyond the conventional, crafting events that resonate with their dynamic essence and stand as a testament to meticulous planning and precision.

Among the array of projects we’ve undertaken, Amplifin’s year-end celebrations shine the brightest. Each year, we embark on a journey to deliver an event that transcends expectations, a mission made possible by a client who embraces novelty and out-of-the-box thinking. In 2018, we embarked on an immersive adventure, bringing to life the theme “The Greatest Showman” with a dark carnival extravaganza at the esteemed Kievits Kroon in Pretoria. Live fire acts, enigmatic snake charmers, and mystical fortunetellers wove an enchanting tapestry, while the intricate décor and elegant circus draping elevated the experience to unparalleled heights.

Fast forward to 2019, when we transformed a conference space at the Sun International Maslow Hotel in Pretoria into a Hollywood spectacle. An unforgettable performance by “The Girls” and the electrifying beats of DJ Lerocka kept the celebration alive until the wee hours of 3 AM, etching memories that will last a lifetime. While 2020 brought unprecedented challenges that reshaped the landscape, it also ignited our creativity, allowing us to refine our craft and emerge stronger than ever.

In 2021, Amplifin’s 21st company anniversary was a remarkable milestone celebrated in grandeur at the Maslow Hotel. Adorned in elegant black and gold, the event exuded sophistication. The stage was adorned with massive light letters and a captivating balloon installation, while attendees were invited to step through a fairy light curtain tunnel featuring golden frames capturing pictures of themselves and how long they had been at the company. We had a photographer go in a few weeks prior and take company pictures of everybody so we could use this at the function, showcasing our meticulous planning ahead of time. The evening was hosted by the very talented actor and MC, Hannes Brummer.

Taking a playful turn in 2022, the event was hosted at the enchanting Irene Country Lodge, with a theme inspired by the popular TV series, Peaky Blinders. Guests embraced the elegance and fun of the theme, adorning themselves in period attire, as if they were right there in the Garrison bar with the Peaky Blinders. Our custom LED screens and vinyl stage design set the scene, while musical performances from the incomparable rock violinist Sheppel and our in-house DJ Lerocka added a rock and roll vibe to the evening. Notably, the event was guided by the charismatic MC, Melt Sieberhagen.
